We are now looking for several Electrical Cabinet Builders/Automation Builders for our client Qvantum in Åstorp.

You will be part of a small team where you will be responsible for assembling various components.

We believe that to thrive in this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Basic understanding of electrical systems.

Reading blueprints: Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and drawings.
• Regulations: Knowledge of the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's rules and standards
• Basic education: Electrical and energy program (specialization in automation/electrical engineering) or equivalent at the high school level
• Troubleshooting: Ability to use measuring instruments and testing programs
• Industry: Experience in control and regulation technology

Experience: 3+ years in Electrical Cabinet Building
• Installation technology: Practical experience in setting up lighting, electrical outlets, connecting equipment, and pulling cables.
• Measurement: Ability to measure voltage, current, and resistance, as well as perform insulation measurements.
• Inspection: Perform checks before commissioning (Preventive Safety Inspection).
Personal Qualities & Other
• Accuracy & Responsibility: Safety awareness and precision in work are central.
• Independence: Can work solution-oriented and take personal responsibility.
• Communication: Good Swedish (reading documents, communicating), often also English (instructions/material).
• Teamwork: Often part of project groups with engineers and other technicians.
• Stress resilience: Work often occurs under time pressure as production stops can be very costly.
